Overall stay was fine There are few people to be mention responsible for our peaceful and excellent stay 1)Mr.Robin:Manager administrator Has been very cooperative right from early check in to the change of Rooms whenever requested He Made sure our stay comfortable. I extend My Gratitude and Thanks for His kindness 2)Chef Mr.Nick.:He is been very kind and always made it point that we were served nicely during break fast hours and whenever we dine in af the facility He was Great Help and support. 3)Anoup:Restaurant Manager:He is been very respectfull and took care of food services provided to us .we know him since couple of years During our stay He is been very much cooperative 4)Payal:At Thd reception. We had a really nice experience in this hotel, we stayed a total of 6 night and felt really well, sadly India hit hard on some of us but the nice rooms let us stay in a good mood. At the breakfast you can choose between a lot of stuff, sadly some plates you have to order were supplements. Gym and pools were fine. The isolation from the traffic outside is perfect, we could sleep even during the day without hearing any noise.

This was our second time staying at this property and this time around we were given a room on a higher floor with a nice view of the GVK One mall. The room was clean and spacious and did not have that dusty smell that we encountered last time.

Room was spacious, had an L-shaped couch, ottoman, the twin beds were quite wide and bigger than typical twin, great bathroom, would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the room but they did provide electric hot water kettle and tea bags, coffee, etc. Staff in the restaurant, not all but many were extremely warm welcoming and security staff upon leaving or returning to the property's front gate, was always welcoming us with a huge smile and warmth!

I liked the personnel, very kind and supportive, and the restaurant (tasty international breakfast and good food). The room was spotless, large, comfortable, and silent (street noise was not audible). The neighborhood is chaotic but central, and it is in a good position to see around Hyderabad. Since the traffic jams during the day a lot, it is important to stay in the city center if you do not want to spend 1h 30min in the traffic jam for a few kilometers.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and the staff went all the way to help your meal and stay comfortable. A special mention to Rakesh and Sanjana in Gallery Cafe, who were exceptional with their caring nature and hospitality. Food is rich with plenty of varieties so be careful if you watch your weight.

Location. Just opposite GVK mall on Banjara Hills. Clean rooms, very polite and well mannered staff. All departments ( Food & Beverage service,House Keeping and Front Office). Would also like to thank the food production staff for the excellent buffet breakfast.

Super breakfast and good rooms with top facilities. They have a wide variety of foods in buffet. All the staffs in restaurant is good and their services are exceptional. Especially akash.

The hotel seems quite new and well cared for. The room (King Size City View) was large, light and clean. Good shower, good TV with some UK and other international channels as well as Indian, and maybe the most comfortable bed I have slept in. There was an excellent breakfast buffet, a good dinner buffet - although I ordered a la carte too and that was particularly nice. The location is excellent too, very central. The thing that really stood out though was the excellent staff team throughout the hotel, who were exceptionally pleasant and attentive, remembering my preferences and just lovely, without being intrusive. The Assistant Manager really went out of her way to help me with something too.
